This beautiful looking vehicle was built in 1903. Jacobus and Hendrik-Jan Spijker were coach builders in Hilversum, and in 1880 founded the Spijker company. It was remarkable car in many ways, not least in that it was the first in the world to have fou-wheel drive, and the first in the world to have a six-cylinder engine. The brothers were noted as innovative designers.
